[FR] Les missions du référent coliving sont :

• Être en lien avec l’équipe Création de Communautés
• Organiser l’AG mensuelle avec leurs colocs
• S’assurer de transmettre la liste et les changements de Référents au staff
• Être le porte-parole des colocs auprès du staff
• Si un carton rouge est attribué, il a mandat de l’ensemble des colocataires pour déposer le préavis de la personne concernée

[FR] The responsibilities of the Coliving Referent are:

• Stay in contact with the Community Creation team

• Organize the monthly general meeting with their housemates

• Ensure the list of Referents and any changes are communicated to the staff

• Act as the spokesperson for the housemates with the staff

• If a red card is issued, they are authorized by all housemates to submit the notice for the person concerned
