Comment faire ma demande d’APL ? / How do I apply for APL?

  • Rends-toi sur le site de la CAF : https://www.caf.fr
  • Connecte-toi avec ton numéro d’allocataire et ton mot de passe (si tu n’en as pas, il faudra créer un compte bénéficiaire)
  • Fais ta demande d’APL en remplissant les informations demandées :
    • Type de logement : Colocation / Maison
    • Raison sociale du bailleur : Une société, “La Casa Coliving”
    • Numéro de SIRET : 83149072700029
    • Code postal de La Casa : 75008
    • Adresse de ton logement : L’adresse de ta Casa
    • Superficie de ton logement : Superficie totale du logement
    • Nombre de colocataires : Nombre de colocs dans ta Casa
    • Loyer du logement (ta part) : Loyer TTC charges comprises correspondant à ta part
    • Loyer total du logement : “Loyer plafonné à 4999 €”. Ce n’est pas le loyer réel de la maison, mais la CAF plafonne à 4999 €. Tu peux transmettre cette information et la CAF reviendra vers nous pour connaître le loyer exact via l’attestation de loyer.

  • Go to the CAF website: https://www.caf.fr

  • Log in with your beneficiary number and password (if you don’t have one, you’ll need to create an account).

  • Submit your APL application by filling in the requested information:

  • Type of housing: Shared house / Colocation

  • Landlord’s legal name: A company, “La Casa Coliving”

  • SIRET number: 83149072700029

  • La Casa postal code: 75008

  • Address of your housing: The address of your Casa

  • Size of your housing: Total area of the house

  • Number of housemates: Number of housemates in your Casa

  • Rent (your share): Rent including charges corresponding to your share

  • Total rent of the housing: “Capped rent at €4999.” This is not the actual rent of the house, but CAF caps it at €4999. You can provide this information, and CAF will contact La Casa to confirm the exact rent via the rent certificate.
